We adopt a people-centered approach to transform talented individuals into software engineers, allowing us to tap into both Mexico’s growing tech sector and the global demand for bilingual, bicultural engineers.
Mexico currently lacks high-quality tech talent. Migrants bring a spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity to the country, giving Mexico a competitive advantage.
Powered by Hack Reactor, we unlock migrants’ tech talent through an immersive five-month program designed around market demands and students’ needs.
Talent is everywhere, but opportunities are not.
We exist to provide the tools and education in technology that migrants need to succeed.
Our software engineering program is designed around the unique needs of our students—we foster integration and personal development, while filling the global demand for software engineers.
Our goal is to find tech talent in migrants and unlock it.
We envision a world where deportees, returnees and, refugees have access to opportunities to enhance their talent and to create technology. This will improve their lives and our societies.

Who We Serve
Tech companies in Mexico, ranging from startups to multinationals, are growing rapidly and need talented software engineers. Hola Code builds relationships with these companies and ensures students have their foot in the door before graduation.
Hola Code is not only a coding program, it’s a strong community and network. Through our leadership and wellness curricula, students improve their soft skills, learn how to manage stress, and get access to counseling. Students also increase their incomes up to 10x upon landing employment in the tech sector.
Hola Code has partnerships with many organizations that advocate for the migrant community. We support family reunification, financial inclusion, and the creation of social capital to foster integration.
