We are a software development program focused on integrating returned or deported migrants and refugees in Mexico.

We adopt a people-centered approach to transform talented individuals into software developers, allowing us to tap into both Mexico’s growing tech sector and the global demand for bilingual, bicultural developers.

Mexico currently lacks high-quality tech talent. Migrants bring a spirit of entrepreneurship and creativity to the country, giving Mexico a competitive advantage.

Powered by Hack Reactor, we unlock migrants’ tech talent through an immersive program designed around market demands and students’ needs.

Talent is everywhere, but opportunities are not.

We exist to provide the tools and education in technology that migrants need to succeed.

Our goal is to find tech talent in migrants and unlock it.

Who We Serve

Tech companies, ranging from startups to multinationals, are growing rapidly and need talented software developers. We build relationships with these companies and ensures students have their foot in the door before graduation.

Hola Code is not only a coding program, it’s a strong community and network. Through our leadership curricula, students improve their soft skills. Students also increase their incomes up to 10x upon landing employment in the tech sector.

The Community

Hola Code has partnerships with many organizations that advocate for the migrant community. We support financial inclusion, and the creation of social capital to foster integration.
